School Fundraiser Guide

Sales taxes support our schools.  It only makes sense that Bloomington starts making the connection between what we buy locally and where that money goes.  Using school fundraisers created by local, independent business means that more money will stay right here in the community, being recirculated every time the local owners themselves make local purchases or support their favorite nonprofits.  School fundraisers also raise the profile of businesses who offer them.  When parents and children participate, they are learning about local businesses, the very businesses who are most likely to help when funding disasters strike!
